Welcome to Part 5.

So far, we’ve discussed:

  • Grief is normal.

  • Drawing a picture of grief, memory stones and bracelets

  • Doing more fun activities and detective work for blaming yourself.

  • Experiments.

Today we are going to learn another way to do detective work for thinking.

Tip. Remember any time you feel really upset or need a break, try some of the ‘cool down activities’.
