Part 4
Hear what Jamie had to say about doing an experiment:
“It went way better than I was expecting.”
Jamie learned that talking to friends can help with how you feel.
Often people worry what others will think of them. Many people have been through grief and can understand.
But you can tell a friend. You can ask a friend to help you.
Tip: It can be hard talking about grief.
Often people don’t know what to say.
Let friends know you would just like them to listen, rather than solve anything.
If they are not supportive, it’s not about you, they probably don’t know what to say.
Keep trying experiments, even if they don’t go as planned.
Experiments are a great way to change thoughts.
