Here is an experiment Jamie did:

If I say something about feelings, my friend will change the topic (9/10). They will not want to catch up again (9/10). |

Talk to a close friend about how I am feeling. |

My friend did not change the topic, we are meeting again next week. I felt less stressed after talking. |
