How to use this program: Making a plan

  • You can choose how to work through the program together with your parent or carer. It can be helpful to work as a team.

  • It’s also fine if you don’t want to do it with your parent or carer if you are older (e.g., 12 years old).

  • You’re allowed to want to keep some things private.

  • You deserve to be supported in the ways that are best for you!

  • You could also think about completing an exercise and sharing it with your parent or carer and talking about how they can help you practice the skill.
