You can choose how to work through the program together with your parent or carer. It can be helpful to work as a team.
It’s also fine if you don’t want to do it with your parent or carer if you are older (e.g., 12 years old).
You’re allowed to want to keep some things private.
You deserve to be supported in the ways that are best for you!
You could also think about completing an exercise and sharing it with your parent or carer and talking about how they can help you practice the skill.
