The Start

It can be hard to deal with loss. That’s why we have developed this website. We have some ideas to try that might help, whether it’s recent, or a long time ago.

  • With the support of your parent or carer (or on your own if you are older and prefer to do it yourself), we recommend 2 parts a week, over the next 4 weeks.

  • The reason we suggest 2 parts a week, is the more you practice, the better you will feel.


  • Sometimes it can feel like a hassle to do a program like this…maybe you’re not sure if you want to do it.

  • Most kids feel a lot better at the end of these kinds of programs, but it’s okay if you don't. Not every program will work for every person, but you may learn something new.

  • We suggest you give it a go - just see what you think.
