The Start
It can be hard to deal with loss. That’s why we have developed this website. We have some ideas to try that might help, whether it’s recent, or a long time ago.
With the support of your parent or carer (or on your own if you are older and prefer to do it yourself), we recommend 2 parts a week, over the next 4 weeks.
The reason we suggest 2 parts a week, is the more you practice, the better you will feel.
Sometimes it can feel like a hassle to do a program like this…maybe you’re not sure if you want to do it.
Most kids feel a lot better at the end of these kinds of programs, but it’s okay if you don't. Not every program will work for every person, but you may learn something new.
We suggest you give it a go - just see what you think.
