Welcome to Part 6.

So far, we have discussed:

  • Grief is normal.

  • Drawing a picture of grief, memory stones and bracelets.

  • Doing more fun activities and detective work for blaming yourself.

  • Experiments.

  • Changing thinking with diaries.

 
 

Today we are going to look at what to do if you are avoiding things.

Tip. Remember any time you feel really upset or need a break, try some of the ‘cool down activities’.
