Kinds of Thinking
There are some common kinds of thinking that lead to stress, anger and sadness.
Besides all-or-nothing thinking, there are others like:
Noticing negatives - ignoring positives, being hard on yourself.
Predicting the future - taking one example to predict everything about the future.
Other kinds of thinking – there might be other ways you are thinking than the ones we have listed, that is ok.
