Fun activities and what to do if you blame yourself.

 

It can also help to think about your eating and sleeping.

Sleep:

  • If you are having a lot of trouble with sleep (hard to go to sleep, sleeping a lot), think about the free Sleep Ninja app:

Eating:

  • It’s important to eat regular meals.

  • Sometimes kids eat too little, or eat a lot of snacks rather than meals.

  • Make sure you eat something every 4 hours during the day.
