Jamie learned that talking to friends can help with how you feel.

But you can tell a friend. You can ask a friend to help you.

 

It can be hard talking about grief.

  • Often people don’t know what to say.

  • Let friends know you would just like them to listen, rather than solve anything.

  • If they are not supportive,  it’s not your fault, they probably don’t know what to say.

  • Keep trying experiments, even if they don’t go as planned.

Experiments are a great way to change thoughts.
