What is Grief?

How is life affected by grief?

  • There are lots of different ways you can feel with grief.

  • It’s normal to feel different from other kids. 

  • Grief is often talked about in different ways across cultures too. ⛪️🕌🕍⛩️🛕

  • Sometimes you may find you don’t enjoy doing things as much as you did before.

  • You might find it hard to focus on school. 🏫

  • Many kids have sad, upsetting thoughts, or pictures in their head. 🎭
