Thoughts, feelings and what we do are linked. Changing one improves others.
We are not suggesting you ‘move on’ or don’t feel sad.
Feelings of grief come and go like waves in the ocean you can sail across if you have the right SKILLS, hence the name of the program!
Sometimes it’s easier to sail the waves of grief, but we can also get stuck in those feelings.
Trying detective work about our thoughts can help when we feel stuck.
