How has grief affected your life?
For parents and carers, think about what changes you have noticed in your child since the loss.
If you are working through this on your own, it might be helpful to ask your parent or carer what they have noticed has changed about you since the loss.
Tip - It can sometimes be hard to be aware of what goes through our head. Start with how you feel about what has changed since the loss.
If you don't feel like writing it out, you could also draw about it as a picture on a blank sheet of paper.
