 How has grief affected your life?

  • For parents and carers, think about what changes you have noticed in your child since the loss.

  • If you are working through this on your own, it might be helpful to ask your parent or carer what they have noticed has changed about you since the loss.

 Tip - It can sometimes be hard to be aware of what goes through our head. Start with how you feel about what has changed since the loss.

  • If you don't feel like writing it out, you could also draw about it as a picture on a blank sheet of paper.
